Technical Program Manager

Dublin – Hybrid – Permanent

I’m working with a healthcare organisation that is hiring a Senior Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of business-critical technology and transformation programmes. It’s a senior role with real influence, delivering change that directly improves how healthcare services are run.

The role

• Lead complex, multi-workstream programmes from start-up to go-live and benefits realisation
• Engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders, including steering committees
• Own programme governance: budgets, risks, dependencies, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and executive reporting
• Oversee the integration of enterprise platforms and systems across the organisation
• Manage programme and team performance against clear KPIs and business outcomes
• Coach and develop project managers and delivery teams

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale change
• A strong record of end-to-end delivery across technology, platform or transformation programmes
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, up to executive level
• Experience leading platform or systems integration work
• A coaching leadership style and experience managing team performance
• Healthcare, life sciences or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but not essential

Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, Agile, or similar) are welcome.
